Hello,
I am a currently enrolled university student applying for the GitHub Student Developer Pack.
My application was rejected because the academic document submitted through the camera verification was considered unreadable.
I have an official, dated class schedule from my university's student portal that shows my full name, program, university information, and the current date. However, the camera verification interface compresses the image and makes the document difficult to read, even though the original document is clear.
My academic email is verified on my GitHub account, 2FA is enabled, and my GitHub profile name and billing information match my academic document.
Could you please advise me on how I can successfully verify my student status when the camera verification makes the document unreadable?
Thank you.
